Audit and contact information
We process submitted website domains, publicly accessible website content, audit results, and contact details you submit to deliver your report and respond to inquiries. These details may include your name, work email, phone number and information about your business. Infrastructure, audit-data and AI providers help us generate reports; email providers help deliver them. Security checks may process your IP address and browser information to prevent abuse.
Public reports
Generated report links can be shared with your team or other people. Anyone with a public report link can view it, and reports may be indexed by search engines. Avoid submitting confidential material. Email dev@projecta.ai for a report-removal request.
Analytics, advertising and visitor identification
For visitors identified as being in the United States, optional analytics and advertising technologies are enabled by default unless you opt out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. For other or unknown locations, they stay off until you enable them through Your Privacy Choices. We use ProjectA's edge location service to determine the regional default; it returns only a tracking-default decision to this page, and we do not store your country in the preference record. Analytics may collect page visits, interactions and device details and associate submitted contact information with a session. Advertising and third-party visitor-identification providers may collect IP addresses, browser or device identifiers and browsing activity, match visits to contact profiles and support campaign measurement, audience building or retargeting. Pixels can transmit information even when cookies are disabled. Browser and server-side advertising measurement follow your advertising preference. If you allow advertising cookies and submit the audit form, we send a one-way hashed (SHA-256) copy of your email and phone number to OpenAI Ads to measure ad conversions.
Your privacy choices
Use Your Privacy Choices below to accept, reject or separately choose analytics and advertising. Reject non-essential turns both off. We honor Global Privacy Control by disabling both categories. Changing your choice reloads the page to stop already-running tracking scripts. Preferences are stored in this browser and do not automatically transfer between projecta.ai and aeo.projecta.ai or other devices. A first-party preference cookie lasts up to 180 days; local storage remembers your choice until cleared. Previously collected data and marketing subscriptions require separate requests.
Provider opt-out and marketing
Our audience marketing provider lists a database opt-out page and a provider privacy policy. If the page is unavailable, contact us for help with your ProjectA request. Opening a link alone does not submit a request or change your browser preferences. Unsubscribe from marketing emails using their unsubscribe link, or email dev@projecta.ai to stop ProjectA marketing.
California and other privacy rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you. Advertising and identity-matching disclosures may constitute sale or sharing under applicable privacy laws, even without a payment for data. Use Your Privacy Choices to reject advertising and visitor identification. We also honor Global Privacy Control. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights. Contact dev@projecta.ai for requests concerning previously collected information; identity verification may be needed for access or deletion, but not for the browser opt-out.
Retention and security
Audit reports are stored to provide cached results and shareable links; contact details are used for delivery and follow-up. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for provider-held data where we have not verified one. Contact us about retention or deletion of your information. We use reasonable safeguards, but no service can guarantee complete security. Our systems operate in the United States. This service is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
